A New Jersey native who grew up working on a farm, Bill honed his love and appreciation for local, fresh ingredients at an early age. He's been cooking and developing his culinary skills for more than ten years, the majority of which has been concentrated in italian cuisine. Prior to joining the Due Terre team, Bill was affiliated with Ciao and Cafe Cucina (also in New Jersey) where he met Francois Rousseau. Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Due Terre kitchens, Bill's menus and execution have won raves from reviewers and guests alike.
