Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ - At the newly reopened and fully restored Ho-Ho-Kus Inn & Tavern, Executive Chef Bryan Gregg is putting his special touch on unique, delicious and creative dishes to infuse the local landmark with a fresh culinary twist. Gregg is sourcing local and seasonal, sustainable ingredients to introduce an updated classic American menu that will be as appealing to sophisticated diners as it will be to the under-12 set. The restaurant has always been the 'go-to' dining destination for birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations. Today, it continues these traditions with a new flair and elegance and a focus on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Gregg brings his broad culinary experience to the Inn. The former Executive Chef at The Embankment in Jersey City, Domaine Laurino in Berkeley Heights and Papillon 25 in South Orange, Gregg is a graduate of the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts and traveled throughout France, Italy and Spain to further fine-tune his culinary philosophy. Gregg is passionate about "Jersey-Fresh" ingredients and believes in using "the best ingredients, prepared in the simplest style."
An enthusiastic culinary competitor, Gregg regularly participates in high-profile events such as the World Pastry Forum in Las Vegas.
