Christophe Bellanca began cooking in his hometown in the French mountains and enrolled in culinary school at the age of 16. He proceeded to travel the world working and training in well-regarded kitchens before coming to the United States as the Executive Chef of L’Orangerie in Los Angeles, Executive Chef of Le Cirque in New York City. He now serves as the Executive Chef of BLT in New York City.
