DIANE HENDERIKS
Diane Henderiks aka "Dietitian in the Kitchen™" is
a leading U.S. nutritionist, personal chef, culinary educator, television
personality, contributing editor to prestigious publications and corporate
nutritional consultant. Diane is also the author of two cookbooks and
is the designer of her own line of salt, fat and sugar free gourmet
spice blends. She is a council chef for Chef's for Humanity, spokesperson
for Camp Shane (internationally known weight loss camp for kids), Advisory
Board member for the American Vegetarian Association, WAMS (Women Against
Multiple Sclerosis) and Prevention First. To keep up to date with the
latest culinary and nutrition information she is active member of the
(ADA)American Dietetic Association, (IACP)International Association
of Culinary Professionals and (WCR)Women Chefs and Restaurateurs.
Diane is a regular, monthly on-air contributor for Good Morning America
Health (ABC) and host of "Healthy Bites with Diane Henderiks" which
airs on News12 NJ, the largest New Jersey news channel. Media appearances
have included; CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, CNN, TLC, MY9, BetterTV and Martha
Stewart Radio, as well as numerous major network affiliates across the
country. She has also been featured in The New York Times.
Diane travels the country educating the public about how to cook, shop
and live healthy. Guest appearances have included: Disney's Epcot International
Food & Wine Festival, WOR Radio's Taste of New York, The Taste of the
LPGA, Taste of Vail, Omaha Women's Expo, Gulf Coast Woman's Expo, The
Atlantic City Food & Wine Festival & Phoenix Women's Expo, to name a

Diane is the founder of Diane M. Henderiks R.D. and Associates LLC,
a nutrition consulting company in Monmouth County New Jersey with 4
staffed offices. She is chef and owner of "Diane's Daily Dish", a personal
chef and catering facility. She also teaches culinary classes, kids
healthy eating, prenatal and sports nutrition workshops and conducts
supermarket tours. Diane is notorious for her expertise in creating
wholesome cuisine that is delicious, nutritious and beneficial to both
the body and the soul.
