Biography:

Chef J.R. Belt has been the Executive Chef of Stage Left and Catherine Lombardi Restaurants in New Brunswick, NJ since 2006.

Prior to that he worked for Myriad Restaurant Group in Pittsburgh, PA at The Steelhead Grill, voted best restaurant in Pittsburgh by Esquire Magazine. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America.
