New Jersey's iconic chef, Dennis Foy will be the honoree at this gala dinner; a six course epicurean feast prepared by some of the best chefs in the nation. The first course will feature hors d’oeuvres prepared by chef David F. Felton of one of most critically acclaimed restaurants today, 90 Acres. This will be followed by an appetizer course from the current “Iron Chef”, Jose Garces. Afterwards, a fabulous fish course prepared by chef Craig Shelton, from the legendary Ryland Inn. A little “Latin flair” featuring a special pork dish will then be provided by Chef Douglas Rodriguez, the innovator of “Nuevo Latino” cuisine. Thereafter, a game course from the master himself, Chef Dennis Foy. And lastly, a tasty dessert course from one of America’s best pastry chefs, Pichet Ong. As an added treat, each course will be expertly paired with specially selected wines.
