New Jersey's iconic chef, Dennis Foy will be the honoree at
this gala dinner; a six course epicurean feast prepared by some
of the best chefs in the nation. The first course will feature
hors d’oeuvres prepared by chef David F. Felton of one of most

followed by an appetizer course from the current “Iron Chef”,
