Andy Seymour is an internationally recognized speaker on cocktails, spirits and Sherry. As one of the country's leading educators, he brings a diversity of experience to the profession. His passion for the craft of cocktails developed working in clubs and high volume bars in New York City and the Hamptons, where his enthusiasm for creating drinks became a top priority.

Working with his mentor--industry expert and educator, Steve Olson--Andy acquired a deep knowledge and understanding of spirits, and refined his approach to cocktails and mixology; integrating fresh juices and purees and working with high-end products. Andy stepped out from behind the bar to focus on his work with Olson's company aka wine geek, eventually being named partner. In 2007, Andy was also named a partner in Beverage Alcohol Resource (BAR).

Through these relationships and with his own company, Liquid Productions, Andy conducts educational sessions for beverage professionals worldwide and develops and executes cocktails for top spirit brands. He also serves as United States Sherry Ambassador working to increase the understanding and appreciation of the noble wines of Jerez.
