Francis Schott is an owner of Stage Left and Catherine Lombardi Restaurants in New Brunswick, NJ. He has been directing both restaurants award-winning wine and spirits programs since their inception, Stage Left in 1992 and Catherine Lombardi in 2005.
He is also a BAR certified mixologist and has dealing out classic cocktails since well before they were fashionable. Food and Wine Magazine names The Cocktail Bar at Catherine Lombardi among the Top 100 Cocktail Bars in America. Francis is also co-host of the popular Restaurant Guys Radio Program, podcast on www.restaurantguysradio.com.
He's been teaching popular wine and spirits classes to both consumers and to the trade for more than 20 years and is a popular public speaker on issues of excellence, sustainability and community.
